They are just so rude. They dont answer phones and you have a question they want to be rude about. If I can do a negative star I would Well since I couldnt reply I will here. I had to call like 15x got hung up at least 4x. I said what I said about them being rude not just one time to me. Apparently someone got all butt hurt bc thats what I said. Did I discredit them no. Had nothing to do with the quote that was given to me nor my son. So dont tell me to not discredit I SAID THEY WERE RUDE!! They were rude the last time I called as well. Take the criticism and learn from it. .

Used AAAA for 20 years and went in to their office last night to update my Progressive coverage to a new vehicle. They wanted to charge $200 on top of the already increasing premiums just to update my policy to a new vehicle. (This was their fee not Progressives) Called Progressive directly this morning and was able to update my coverage without the extra fee (I even received a $30 refund from my last premium payment on the cancelled policy). Skip this broker with poor customer service and policies and call Progressive direct.
