Goosehead Insurance - Mike Bui

The worst insurance experience of my life. They are just middlemen for selling low grade insurance, and do not provide customer service unless they are selling something. Utterly unprofessional and a waste of money. Just go to State Farm if you want *REAL* insurance.

Mike and his team are great! They are so responsive with any questions I have about my coverage and quick to help with any changes I need. They don't try to upsell me any unnecessary coverages, and they are honest with their recommendations. They make sure you are taken care of. Mike helped me so much with my personal and business policies! Highly recommend!!

Mike did an excellent job helping me understand my coverage options. Regarding my home, auto and umbrella insurance...Mike was able to get me better coverage at a better price! Highly recommend!
