        I clearly stated that I only needed an insurance policy for one month. The agents failed to tell me that there was a cancellation fee. I asked and reiterated numerous times that there would be no further charges and was told that there was nothing else to pay when I closed my account. I later got a letter i the mail saying that I owe 40 dollars. When I called to address this concern. I was called a liar and Brandon told me that he had previously told me about the cancellation fee even though I am 100% sure that he didnt. I asked to speak to a supervisor and Chandler Wesmoreland was even more rude than Brandon. I highly recommend that anyone needing insurance avoid using this agency at all costs.
