Not sure what happened to this company as they were once the go to company I utilized when I needed pump repairs. I venture a guess that I've done over 75K with this company but there is definitely been a change with the organization and I wouldn't say it's for the better. I had Grundfos pump fail in mid May of this year. I called to see if I could submit a service call and the dispatcher connected me with Mr. Snell's voicemail as he was not in the office. I got a return call at the end of the day and was asked it I could send over photos of the pump, area/s leaking and all the data information on the pump. I sent all of the requested information including photos and our credit information to Mr. Snell the same day. I called him back the following day to ensure he received the documents and also informed him that I knew we were not an established customer so I had a credit card to take care of the charges if setting up credit was going to delay the speed in expediting the service. He said it typically didn't take long to set up and account and he would forward my credit info to the appropriate individual and would follow up with me. I had to call back a few days later to see if anyone was going to come out and take a look. Finally two service technicians arrived to evaluate the pump after more than a week and said it could be repaired but it would need to be taken back to the shop in order to make the repairs. I asked if they were able to give me a quote for the repairs and they said that they couldn't but the shop would send me one. It's been three weeks now and I just received a bill for $ 500 for the two gentlemen to look at my pump but I have yet to see a quote. I contacted Mr. Snell again and asked if I would ever receive a quote and he sounded shocked that I hadn't received one and he would follow up. Now it's approaching a month and you guessed it, not a call. So in my opinion I would say if you need "Two" people to look at your pump at $250 per hour and then never receive an actual quote to repair it, this is your company. I'm guessing business must be booming at this place. Not a place I would recommend as there is definitely a breakdown in communication and it shouldn't be necessary to make repeated calls for service.

Horrible communication, never received an update on an order placed. Only reason I'm leaving a this type of review is in hopes that this doesn't happen to the next person. Ordered a pump, they gave me the run around it went from 3 weeks delivery time then after 3 weeks past, they said 5 more weeks. After those weeks past, supposedly it came in defective and they sent it back for warranty. I waited for 5 months in total and was chasing for answers that I never got. In the end had to cancel and go some place else. No remorse

These guys do amazing work. Any pump, anywhere in the greater Houston area, these guys can fix it. They also have some incredible mechanical seal solutions to solve everyday pump problems.
