Choosing Texas Eagle, I had the best customer service to date. The technician went up and beyond what was expected and showed complete professionalism every step of the way. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, and informative. Ironically the technician ended up making two stops in the same day! Unfortunately a simple service call for a small issue ended up being a larger issue than anticipated. Im resting easily knowing the staff at Texas Eagle A.C.& H. have the situation under control. Thank you Texas Eagle.

I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Hussein was honest, professional, and very informative! He provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable and he delivered quality work. He fixed the issues with my ac unit and did not try to charge me crazy prices, he was fair and honest and that is something to truly truly appreciate these days! I had an issue with the thermostat the following day and he was gracious enough to return and help me with it! I highly recommend this company !

Im a happy customer from the time they came for heating service and my estimate I have received nothing but excellent customer service. Even with me wanting to move my appointment up they made it happen. I got a new HVAC and they were done quick with no mess or delays. If you are looking for good people to work with look no further.
