        Please read this !!!!! Dont get ripped off One star is to much for this company . I personally even tried to get Mr. Pedro the owner to fix their work . With no success . I payed 13,500 for a new ac unit and furnace . The furnace has not yet worked properly since day one . I cant even change my own filter , or better yet not even them. Fabian the manager comes attempted , failed miserably . Bend and damage the furnace . And since September they have been ignoring me . They will not try to fix this mistake . And they have stop answering to my husband and I . Seriously dont get rip off . If I get to help you from this , Ill be content . Because my $13,500 will save you your money . They dont pull permits , they are not even a listed company , I called the city to check and they arent. Please call someone els for this seriously ,I have pictures to prove everything . I dont even let in your house to sugar coat stuff last minute they add an extra 1,500 because they claim to give you the wrong estimate . Im 30 years old not much experience , I didnt see all the now I regret it . Im dealing with cancer and I was an easy prey. And even with this calling them and explaining my situation and why they should do things right . Nothing I have to call someone so I can make sure I can survive next summer.

        Not at all professional, I turned on the air in June and spoke to them because it was not cooling. Nobody answered me, I talked to Sandra and nothing. I talked to the owner and nothing, they finally came. In October I spoke, November I spoke and at the beginning of December I have spoken twice with Sandra and she just says that someone is going to come and talk. According to them, they give you a 10-year warranty and they never respond after they install it. If I could I would give it 0 stars
