Had them out for a service call last year and they couldn't have been more helpful. Immediately put them at the top of my list for future work. Called them back out a month ago to quote a new system. After the initial walkthrough and visit with the expectation of a quote by end of the week... Crickets since. Completely ghosted when I really wanted to keep doing business with these guys.

Jonathon repaired my air handler motherboard issue last November and we agreed on $280 after I submitted the information he needed to verify warranty of the motherboard from the previous homeowner. I provided payment in full last November (I keep receipts of everything) then low and behold I get a new invoice yesterday saying I owe more money. This is absurd. I sent a message over 24 hours ago and have yet to receive a response. Shady business tactics at it's finest here IMO. The amount of good reviews is astonishing and strange. Sure, he gets the job done so that is why I am not giving him a one star, but it's not fair to homeowners to read overwhelming positive reviews and no critiques from real customers.

Id reiterate what people are saying about Jonathan. It was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the possible problems with our unit and the corresponding solutions, but I was more impressed with his desire to find the right solution for me and my family. He obviously cared about our well-being (he took a call at 11:30 PM offering multiple solutions for the issue). He also prioritized solutions from need to fix, might need to fix, and fixes that would optimize the unit. He pushed for the first to be completed but remained consultive and transparent for the cost/benefit analysis of the other solutions. The first solution solved the issue and instead of jeering opportunity lost to sell me more services, he cheered for the success. Hes earned a customer for life in me! Cant recommend him enough!

Overall a subpar experience and especially disappointing given the positive reviews for their repair work. I booked a one-time AC tune up on their website (the option for this has since disappeared). Jonathan was very knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time looking over things. However, when it came time to clean the outdoor unit (the primary reason I wanted the tune up) he said my water pressure was insufficient to clean the coils, and assured me he would be back the following week on his own time to complete the work. Alas, he never showed up and did not respond to multiple attempts to contact him. I emailed Revolution the following week and never got a response. Its been over two weeks and I havent heard back from anyone at the company. Jonathan had suggested system improvements that I would have hired Revolution for had they not been unreliable and disinterested. Would avoid Revolution and go with someone more reliable and who makes good on their word.
