My AC stopped working abruptly in the evening, Richmond got Jordan out here the next morning, he replaced a couple of components that apparently burned out, and my ac was back up and running in under an hour

Jordan from Richmond's Air came in for maintenance and did an awesome job getting my system tuned up for the summer. I appreciated that he was supposed to do this a few weeks ago and mentioned that the weather was too cool to check the cooling aspect. I appreciate the honesty and good work!

Outstanding customer service! Luis discussed all options available for repairing my A/C. The next day, a well oiled team of employees came to repair my A/C.  Alex, who oversaw the entire installation process was very easy to talk to and managed the team well.
