My experience of buying a new house was breezy and delightful overall. Ms. Dalila Medel was so helpful from the beginning of our journey and is till now as well. I would ask her any questions with doubt and she would be right there answer back to me right away. The communication we have has been just outstanding and comforting. And Rick is another person we have been relied on heavily, very professional. Im very satisfied with Meritage Homes and Ive have been telling my experience with friends and family.

My fianc and I were there on the 24th of march to look at house. Delila was the sales agent for the construction company. We lost our opportunity to get this house because she told us the house was going this number and said another when we trying to get the contract drafted. Delila is the most unprofessional liar I have ever had the pleasure working with. She literally made my fianc race to get approval with another random family at the same time in the office. While this was going on she was having personal conversations on her phone being loud and distracting through the tense situation having no regard for the situation she put us in. She also has tells when shes communicating with realtors. She winked at ours when she was giving referral information. Seems like she really shady in that regard. Ultimately Delila didnt draft a contract for the price she told our realtor nor the price my fianc was told to use for the approval application. Delila needs to be fired. Full stop. I will never work this poor excuse for customer service ever again. If you happen to be in the area do not speak nor associate with her. She is willing to play favorites and will do it in your face. Phong le is the best sales counselor we could ever have!! He was so great to my husband and I, he helped us a lot. He gave us all the info we need it, he explain detail by detail. It was great working with him, I cant wait for my new home. Thank you so much!!

This review is not reflective of Meritage as a company, nor the quality of their houses. This review is based on the experience we had working with the Webercrest Heights team. Our closing was postponed two months. Our rep, Dalila, lacked proper communication skills and basic knowledge of home building/purchasing process. She was eventually removed from representing us. However, we never spoke with the new rep that was assigned to us. The in-house escrow officer, Irene, was unprofessional at the closing table as my client asked for more clarification about a certain document, Irene refused to explain. Another closer was called in to assist us, and she was great. Overall experience was unprofessional. Services: Project management, Consultation
