Angel was great and a sweetheart! She helped my son and I, along with our pets stay there long term for personal reasons. So, this is where we ended up staying or rather living until our home in Dayton, Texas is complete and ready to move in, by the Grace of GOD. The rooms were okay, but not all of them. The front desk clerk, Olivia seems to have issues with African Americans, she called my phone while I was at work in a rude tone and assumed that we did not check out of the room that we were in, but we were and I was overcharged to fee because of miss communication with one of the front desk clerks from our long term stay staying there earlier in our stay. The pictures that you all see is of the blood from a man that was stabbed by one of their desk clerks all over my vehicle. Olivia was on the clock at this time and to compensate for the damage done; all she did was offer a rag and some disinfectant to spray on my vehicle. Luckily, I had my mister car wash pass and was able to have them sensitize and wash my vehicle. When did this property get so ghetto? This was a challenging stay with these people for some odd reason! Rooms: Some are okay, but need work. Safety: Just look at my vehicle covered with someone else's blood, Then speak to me about safety. Noteworthy details: Angel was awesome at the front desk! For some reason with everyone else there were always miscommunication or misconstruity about my stay in the folio of cost of my stay.

Family of 5. Currently staying at the 1050 Bay Area/ NASA location. Very bad hotel. Needs lots of TLC. Water damage in bathroom. Ceiling is collapsing and falling to the floor. Carpet everywhere is dirty. House-keeping does not speak English, can not communicate with them. Getting extra towels was very hard. Morning front desk said due to the full cap of hotel guests they ran out. Evening front desk said they only give out one at a time. You get 2 towels for a two bedroom suite, why? Our room was not clean daily, why? Had to clean drawers in bathroom. Filthy. You get only one room key, why? Fire alarms in rooms are all gone, why? There are hanging wires. The pool is very dirty. For a full kitchen there is very limited silverware and dishware. You need to ask for toilet paper. No garbage room pick up. No garbage bags. We put garbage outside room for disposal. Overflowing garbage at outside side door exit. Cant wait to leave, we never experienced a hotel like this before. Wished I could post pics here for you to see.
