The front desk people are nice and the breakfast was satisfactory, but my main complaint is the cleanliness and state of the rooms. The chairs/couch in the room we stayed in had multiple stains on them and the comforter had a stain on it as well. One of the nightstands was falling apart. Luckily we only stayed one night, but I would not recommend this place for longer stays.

WOW we were so impressed with Kaniyas level of expertise and professionalism. We stayed at your hotel as we wanted a place to rest before the Warriors/Rockets game and afterwards since we drove in from Beaumont TX. It was my first time seeing the Warriors, so I was already on a high. Nothing beats a high than a rude and selfless person waiting on you like not only do they hate their day but they hate their job. We did not get this from Kaniya. Kaniya greeted us with a SMILE, gave us directions to our room, told us about the amenities in the room, where and what time breakfast would be served, where and what time the cupboard was open and so much more.she literally took all the guess work out from our stay which was FABULOUS. No need to be tired and get to room and must look up information, we were able to just simply put our bags down, go next-door to the seafood restaurant and come back and relax before the game. Oh yes and when asked if the restaurant was good that was near to the property, she gave us an honest answer. Thank you, Kaniya for making our stay amazing and ensuring we will be staying with the Hampton Inn hotels again.

I stayed her all week until some college/high school team checked in. They were running up and down the halls, slamming doors etc for the last 2 nights even after the quiet hours start. Tonight I yelled at the through the door and they began mocking me and targeting my room with even more noise. I get fed up and check out, as I'm explaining the situation to the front desk lady she is laughing at me saying I'm being an idiot about it. I was booked through next Friday with the probability of extending for weeks at a time, so that's a decent amount of income lost that I'm sure her management would like to know about. I seriously cannot believe she had the audacity to laugh at me. There are juveniles running around acting crazy, other customers yelling at them, someone even stomped a ketchup packet in the elevator, but yeah I'm the crazy one. Rooms: I meant to tell her when I left but was otherwise distracted, the cold and hot water seems to be disconnected to at least my room, possibly more. The cold water comes out hot for a long time until it eventually cools down. Even the toilet had hot water coming out into the tank so it's not just the shower and sink. Room 209 if maintenance cares
