        Average company. Some of their CNAs hv lot of attitude. At the time of admission they misinformed us about timings of the bathing services provided and after it was total lie. Sometimes esp on the weekends CNAs dont show up till 4-5 pm. They r unorganized in that matter and short staffed. Mostly on weekends there services are very poor. If the routine M thru Fri cna call in then they dont hv coverage and if they do, they dont show up till 5p and i cant leave my loved one lay there in bed with pee and poop, casing them diaper rashes. Nurses just keep saying oh u. On the waiting list for 9-10 am slots but we dont hv anything available and its been 2 months or 3 months. God knows if there is a waiting list or they r making up stuff. I am not impressed and would not recommend it to anyone.
