        I have been so pleased with the quality and genuine caring from Central Home Health... Our nurse, - Zee has always gone above and beyond when he visits my Mother. He listens to her concerns and offers a positive, sensitive approach to her needs. The Physical Therapist, Judith is gentle and kind and tailors My Mother's therapy to meet her needs. The office manager Rasheda is helpful and courteous, when I have needed questions answered. In general, they have all helped My Mother manage better physically and mentally. She looks forward to seeing them all. Thank you to these wonderful people.

        Only gave one star because you can't put zero. The company's employee stole $300 dollars from me. Then They dropped me with no warning because I have a condom catheter. They wanted to get a skilled nurse to roll it on and that is not skilled nursing. They said I was non compliant because insurance would not pay for skilled nursing. Discrimination at its finest. I cannot help I have a condom cath. It is part of my disability. 90% of the employees are either rude or have no skill. Do not use this company.

      Mr. Davis we are sorry you were unsatisfied and felt discriminated against. We were never alerted of any theft. Kindly call the office to speak with the Administrator to investigate and report the complaint as we are not able to get ahold of you. In regards to your condom cath a PAS is not authorized to manipulate your condom cath. Your insurance also made a phone call with both you and our agency on the phone to report that the insurance will not authorize manipulation or replacement of the cath by a nonskilled provider. This is why we tried to get a skilled provider to assist you. Per the nurse report by your own verbal report to her you were able to remove and replace your condom cath yourself.
