If ZERO was available, I would choose that option. My sister is allowed 33 hours/week. Some weeks, no one comes to help her. We are lucky if they send someone 2x week. When a helper does come, they are llimited to one hour. The agency doesn't return calls or messages. I wonder if they bill for service hours they don't provide.

These are some very interesting reviews. I need you to step your business game up. It is not a good look for a client/patient to be without a provider and your company continues to benefit and get paid. I wonder how Medicare is going to feel about that when they find out.

Majestic Personal Care Services is a very very great place to work! I have worked for them for a year now and never had any problems! They are very loving people and I will recommend anybody to work for them!
