It is with great honor to speak about my patient experience with Mrs. Baylor of Esteem Concierge Nursing. Reliable, professional, and compassionate are just some of the words to describe my patient experience. I was referred to my Baylor by word of mouth about her private nursing skills working with post-operative patients. She was very informative and listened to my concerns. She evaluated my wounds and made sure that I was not getting any type of infections. This was a very scary time for me (1st time having surgery) and I did not know what to expect. The amount of compassion reassured me that the pain was part of the healing, and it would improve soon. She also provided me with multiple tips to help decrease the pain without taking a lot of pills. The most helpful part of my services was the personal care. I was in the comfort of my own home, and I did not feel rushed. I will use her services again if ever the need arises.
