Lots of good stuff here and the employees are super friendly.
I did purchase a shoe organizer the other day that came without hardware. They were able to supply it without issue.

This store usually has epic stuff. Sent the hubby to get something on sale and the employee told hime they had no such thing.  Sent a photo of the item with the hubby and was able to get it with the help of another worker. Other than that time, everything is awesome and rhey have the difficult to find items there.

Your sales associate at the Galleria Houston store has 0 business working in customer service. Upon asking for a manager's help she informed me we would not be bothering a manager with my issue. She gave me a huge attitude . Eventually I was helped by a sweet associate. Elizabeth gave me a snarled pursed lip face and needs to be trained.

Good service, good selection. But regular prices seem high for what you get, and it is in a very busy traffic area unless you go there during odd hours.

I absolutely am in love with this store! Its so perfect for OCD, detail oriented, perfectionist, and organizers! The only bad thing about it is the prices! They are way over priced! Like 2-3times the price what I can get it for from Walmart or target.
