When my wife and I arrived, Jordan greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us 3 models and was able to answer all of our questions. Jordan did a great job highlighting the features of the home and amenities of the area.

We bought a house in Towne Lake in 2014 and the experience was great. So we decided to buy another house, in Towne Lake this year, and the post sale is horrible. We don't get solutions to our problems, the issues listed during the walking through was not fixed 'til now. We sent a lot of emails, phone messages, and the commercial office and the builder don't answer it. If you buy in another neighborhood you will be happier.

Horrible experience with this company. We bought into their Shearn Court complex and it has been a nightmare. There are nine units and most of us have horrible leaks in our roof and in some windows. Despite being under warranty in most cases the Princeton/Kingston/Legend staff have ignored us, personally demeaned/insulted us, and done shoddy repair work in almost every instance. They have left heavy equipment (which is destroying our driveway) and construction debris at our community for months on end. If you are considering a purchase please reconsider.... also see the bad review for Legend Homes on the BBB website - they have earned this bad reputation.
