        Went to this salon on Saturday and overall am really disappointed. I am naturally a brunette but have been bleaching my hair blonde for over 5 years now. I asked them to match my roots to the blonde in the rest of my head. They bleached my roots by applying the bleach directly to my head. About 25% in the owner came up and asked how the previous stylist did my hair, i told him Im not sure i just told her the same thing i told them. I quickly realized it was lifting a lot lighter than the rest of my hair. They washed it and blow dryed and there was a harsh line between my old blonde and new. The owner explained thats why he asked how the previous stylist did it because youre supposed to match the technique when bleaching. They used a different technique so thats why it was blending incorrectly. I am not a stylist and it is not my job to tell them how to do my hair. They should be able to look at it and know what how to achieve what Im asking. They then went in with foils to try to mask the harsh line. I sat in the salon for 8hrs total (11am-7pm) and I walked out with brassy white roots, cool middle section and dirty blonde ends. I didnt ask for white platinum blonde, I asked for golden honey like my original color. Im angry that I paid more than I what was quoted plus a 20% tip and sat for 8hrs just to not get the color I wanted.

        I LOVE COMING HERE! It's not only about treating yourself but also about the service, the environment, the amazing people, and of course leaving the salon looking FABULOUS! I came today for a haircut, highlights, and cut ! But yuslin also applied a hair treatment that left my hair smooth and shiny! They just have blessed hangs and do beautiful work!! 100% recommend!! You will love it too!!!

        Yuslyn and Stephanie were amazing!! I have found my new salon. Efrain did my very first keratin treatment years ago. I moved back to Houston and recently found him and his team again. They were phenomenal. I cannot wait to come back!
