I was happy with the services but not necessarily the nickel and diming. I'm here out of town and normally pay around $160 to touch up my dark roots. Their website quoted the price as $150. I expected some extra charges above this amount but not like $45.00 for blow drying my hair which is something that usually is an included service most places. Total bill was over $300. I'm not from Houston and am not totally familiar with salon prices here, but I left feeling like I got price gouged.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! And look at your receipts.. they up charge you without telling you anything EVEN WHEN THEY DIDNT EVEN USE THE EXTRA PRODUCT ON YOUR HAIR. If you need a glimpse of this salons professionalism just look at the way they respond to bad reviews they get, talking like theyre in instagram DMs lol. that being said, take your coin somewhere else with professionals that arent just trying to sneak a buck from you in. If you want an idea of how pricey this place is.. I got quoted $740 to go from a dark brown to a light brown.. yea, I know. Service: Hair coloring

Zero star if I could, Toni Galvez one of the hair stylist is overcharging customers. One of tonis coworkers stopped my sister on her way out of the salon telling her to double check her receipt, clearly my sister isn't the first one to get over charged. She was overcharged $150!!! Beware before you book, prices are already ridiculous enough, the audacity she has to overcharge is insane.

I been coming with Daniela for wax going to almost a year now, love the experience and her attitude is always positive, you can tell she really loves her job. Love it 10/10 recommend.

I'm new in town and it took me a while to find a hair salon to do my color, after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to go in for a consultation, the staff accomodated an appointment for 2 days later, I love the results! Very talented hair artists, they were able to translate what I wanted beautifully! Highly recommended!
