I went and saw and to get my hair colored she was recommended by a lady I had met I told an that I didn't like blonde I wanted lowlights put in my already beautiful hair she turned me away from the mirror and said I couldn't look until she was finished and a little while in my scalp begin to burn I said it should be burning she said you fine you fine it's processing. She scrubbed my thin fine hair ferociously when she shampooed it. Point being 3 days later the brown rent she had put over the completely bleached hair what's an orange an ugly Hugh not only that but it began to fall out by the handfuls and when I called her she would never return my calls or say anything about it now I'm nearly bald. I put a brown color trying to cover it and even that can't take away the orange glow that bleeds through after a few washes she has completely destroyed my hair do not trust her!!!!

Ann has been my hair dresser for several years I dont let anyone touch my hair she does excellent work I will miss her for awhile going thru chemo losing all my hair love you Ann
