Came in from another horrible Trichologist, named Leola, who completely destroyed my natural hair! But Jackies gracious hands is truly helping it! Like literally I am a stylist and hair hasn't been as moisturized like this in years. Like she is truly amazing and getting me back on track!

I didn't want to leave a review because the lady is nice enough, but after today, I I just have to. I had signed up for a haircut, but when I got there, it became a whole different thing. She started talking about how damaged my hair was and that she was gonna fix it with her products. I was cool with this because I do have really damaged hair, she told me the price would change to 90, which I was cool with cause again my hair is damaged. Here's where the problem starts before even asking about the shape I wanted in my hair, she started cutting my ends. My hair was in a V shape, and now it's completely flat at the bottom. It doesn't look the way I wanted it, I'm highly disappointed. The one thing I will say is that my hair was really soft after the treatment, but idk if that was just me trying to justify the price.

DO NOT GO HERE!! AFTER RECEIVING SERVICES MY HAIR IS ANYTHING BUT HEALTHY!! SHE DAMAGED MY HAIR AND TOLD ME I NEEDED TREATMENTS. I went to this shop, waited because she was running late. When I got there it was a tiny, outdated shop, sitting off to the side of another shop. I asked Jackie for an assessment of my hair and she "pushed" the color instead of waiting. A visit that should have been under 90 minutes took 3 hours because she was busy trying to make a youtube video. She has the worst customer service and business sense I've ever seen. As the color was on my hair, she said "People say I can't do hair". What could I do? I liked the cut and hoped for the best. She didn't get the color she wanted the first time and so she did a second bleaching. Less that two weeks later my hair began to break off, so I called and told her my hair had broken of, and her response was "What did you do to it?" and she told me I need to come in for a treatment. My hair was not unhealthy before she over processed it. Which is cataloged because I am very visible across social media & as a result I have filed a complaint with the cosmetology board.
