What an amazing, kind and compassionate Dr! She was so easy to talk to and has a wonderful bedside manner. She made an appointment that I have been putting off for way to long, not so difficult. Her medical assistant was very sweet as well. So happy I found her and will recommend her to anyone who is looking for an OBGYN.

I have been here before, but it was my first consultation with Dr. Lauren, she was amazing, very kind and respectful. She was very informative and clear in providing treatment options. Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Langsjoen is absolutely wonderful! Ive had bad experiences with other doctors in the past. Dr. L is always very kind and never makes me feel rushed during my visits. I am very pleased with her!

Dr. Langsjoen was a great OB, on the chance that I could get in with her office. However, the receptionist staff up front are always very short with patients, especially over the phone. They act like they don't want to be there, and like it's an inconvenience when you have questions. If you are the first person that people see when they walk in the door, or the first person patients are in touch with over the phone, you should be polite and courteous. You are not only representing yourself, but everyone at this medical office. I called at the beginning of June to schedule a well woman's and express my concerns with some other issues. The first available appointment was not until the third week of July. I called back expressing my concerns with the timing of the appointment and they asked that I reschedule. We rescheduled for Aug 3, in the mean time over the last two months, I asked about cancellations and if I could be seen sooner , I was told " We don't do that". This morning an hour before my appoint I was canceled on after waiting two months. I immediately responded to the automated text, asking to be worked in and what the earliest they could put me on the schedule and I was told Oct 11!! Again, I responded through the automated system and told them that I would be finding a new OB, I never received a response. There was no attempt on her offices part to make this right after multiple attempts to be seen overt the last two months. As an established patient with concerns I should not have to wait 4 months to receive and appointment and be brushed off by the front desk.
