Cheap, tons of machines to work out with, people tend to be friendly, and the workers are friendly in my personal experience here. Can't complain

If I could give this gym no stars I would. The manager Haley has no customer service skills her attitude is not up to par when she speaks with customers. I went in there to advise her would she be putting a note on the womens room door to advise that the air was out because its hot very hot its been this way since Ive been going on Friday and she dismissed and stated oh it feels a lot better in there than before Im explaining to her that Ive been in there since Friday it feels the same. She dismiss me again and stated like I said before they were in there working on it earlier it feels much better than before. I just walked off. I guess this is how she is use to talking to the customers. She shows favoritism towards certain ppl (if you know what I mean) at this gym and she just dont have any customer services skills to be working with the public. I will be calling corporate about this issue tomorrow. She needs more training and Im not the first to say this about her Im going to have other ppl I have worked out with leave a review as well.
