They are misleading.

Extremely false advertising. $1,000 deposit on a free program is a joke. They persuade you to come to the gym for six weeks free training course. They say theyre going to help you with a meal plan and of course getting your body right. They brought me up for consultation after checking my body, weight, and height. They were asking a lot of questions I guess trying to get an understanding of where my mindset was and how training there would be beneficial. Then they proceeded to ask me for $1000 as a deposit on something that supposed to be free I could have been interested in training in the gym continuously if I wouldve seen the benefits of going to a gym like this. And all honesty asking somebody for $1000 after just telling them that it was going to be free during all of these conversations you had on the phone and text message interaction promised the a bag that they were getting ready to be able to get to you asked if you want pink or black, but got nothing , it seems like a scam to me.

They prey on plus sized people in want/ need of change! If you came from the Instagram ads. RUN the other way! THIS GYM IS A SCAM!

I started with Hero in December 2023. Kierra Jackson is by far one of the best trainers and my favorite there at Hero. She is knowledgeable helps when we are in pain. Helps show you the right way to do an exercise to avoid injuries. I love her 5am classes and noon. Thank you Kierra! Keep making us laugh and dance while we are in pain lol.

Had an amazing experience with Kierra Jackson, she pushed me to do more weights and was patient with me when I couldnt keep up. Definitely recommend her.
