Valeh, you spoke to me (Lee, the owner) on the phone about your problems and when I explained our regular business procedures, you hung up on me. After doing this business for 16 years, I categorically NEVER tell a client that "there's no hidden fees". All of the pricing is completely transparent and listed on our website. You also receive an email copy of all of the pricing terms and conditions when you signed up and give us your payment method. WE DON'T GIVE VERBAL TERMS and take your money. You sign a simple agreement to get billed monthly. We don't have long-term contracts and you can cancel anytime you'd like with 10 days notice. The cancellation instructions/words are literally posted at the front desk entrance. The front desk "girl" never would have said "I can't help you", she instructed you to send us an email to [email protected]. We only charged you for exactly the days you signed up for and we canceled your account when you sent us a non-verbal email. We are a family run local business and I've been a Houstonian for 48 years. We have fantastic 5 star reviews and clients are really pleased with our facility. I'm sorry you didn't like our facility, and that's ok...but this is really an unfair review.

Hi Maria, not sure why we only got a 3 start review. I checked my system and don't see that you've ever visited our facility. Are you sure you have the correct company?
