I see others reviews already stating my same frustrations. Was sold this expensive never needing service gutter system and now there are issues the salesman who is also named more than once is nowhere to be found after answering my first few calls and then just ghosting me. I'm pretty sure he blocked my number at this point because it goes straight to voicemail. I was very nice about needing service and even when he didn't show up then first 2 times I still was not rude. Do not buy this gutter system, mine is clogged after just 1 year which is okay if they came out and fixed since they sold a guarantee it wouldn't clog but to not get service after paying 11k is beyond disappointing.

Josh was great and a God sent. They say he may not come when you want him to, but he's on time. Let me tell you he was on time with Josh today. Very hospitable. Explain our plan option to us. So we had the option to pick one that was within our budget.

NO ONE WILL RETURN OUR CALL! I have called Home Craft multiple times (Houston # & the 800#) and no one has returned our call. First, we were told they don't hire subcontractors to install their products. That wasn't true. An older man and a much younger guy (with his arm in a sling) arrived in an unmarked vehicle, without Home Craft signage or clothing. They installed the gutter guards, but now the gutters on the front of the house are angled down and you can see the guards. We were told we would NOT be able to see the guards. When the contractor was confronted he basically told my aunt that she needed new gutters and that the salesman should have told us that. He also told her he could have done it for HALF the price! I need someone at Home Craft to fix the gutters, replace the gutters, or remove the guards and refund our money. This is a lot of money for a widow. This needs to be corrected.
