        Paul was very cooperative throughout the process. I had ordered an FFL item through The Team Store. It is a business run out of his home. Paul is very friendly, we emailed back and forth throughout the process and I received my item just a couple days after shipment. Dont listen to any of the bad reviews, that is just because some people are not patient, I received my items very timely, i highly recommend this small business and I am glad to support it.

        I chose this FFL because of the high reviews and the proximity to me, the first firearm I had shipped was during the holidays and I could not get a hold of the owner at all until the last minute to establish some sort of communication. I figured it was just because of the holiday season, fine, I get it. I chose to go through him again because he seemed like a decent guy and I'd rather support a small business, but I cannot reach him at all, I've called numerous times and received no call back. This is extremely unprofessional and I don't understand how he can operate a business this way and maintain such a high rating.

        I called to see if they have jerseys and other sports merchandise. The owner answered and when asked if they have NFL jerseys he replied No and hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional dont go here!

        Good Home/Business FFL. Do not use USPS, if you have a choice. Ordered my FireArm online, they deliver during closing hours 3 days in a roll, so you will get your FireArm late. Paul(FFL) went to the post office to pick it up when I let him know that USPS is holding the Shipment at their location. He is also a busy man. Just contact him first and keep him up to date on: If the FireArm arrived and set an appointment to pick it up. Side Note: Not an Actual Gun Store, Regular HomeOffice

      Harry, thanks for the review. Your frustration is understandable and we will strive to be better. Unfortunately, life comes at you fast.
