Worst shopping experience.. Cashier won't bill with discount price. They scan regular price. Went back to help desk and it was not helpful. Be careful and check your bill before leaving store.

Constantly out of stock on many items. If I go to K on 43rd they have all the items. This is not a supply chain issue, it is, in my opinion a store manager issue. How is it possible that 43rd is NEVER out of stock but this store is constantly out of stock. In my opinion you should just drive a bit further and be able to buy EVERYTHING on your list. For one item I shopped by 3 different times, no product. They just threw their hands up and said it was a warehouse problem. REALLY? Does 43rd bribe the warehouse to get products or, maybe, just maybe is the manager of this store beyond his capabilities to be the manager? This has gone one for 3 years.

Worst freaking store ever! Everyone is forced to go into self service because only one register open. I count 40 people waiting to get groceries, in self service and 10 in the only checkout line. Absolutely ridiculous!

I used the pick-up option for my grocery shopping and the first time it was a pleasant experience! My second time around not so much. I placed my order at 5:31pm pick up was for 7-8pm. 2min later my order was canceled with message call the store. Called the store and was on hold for 18 min and 2secs. Calling customer service in the morning.!

Kroger pharmacy is a joke at 249@antoine. Whether you call in your script or the dr. Calls it in it is never ready when they say. They will also tell you the computer program for the phon Eid wrong so you cant go by that either. I called in a script on Friday the 7th And my dr. Called in a script on the 10th. I called to make sure they were ready on the 12th At 1030 am.. they said give us 30 mins. I gave them till noon. I get up to the window and they havent even started any of them yet. Even though I called and talked to someone.. the lady at the window had all kinds of excuses, like I need to call before , which I did, then she said well they have over 1200 scripts OK but one of my scripts shouldnt take 5 days to refill. It used to be really good, but in the last year it has really gone downhill.
