        I reached out to Milestone on January 11, 2024, to get a quote to change my countertops in three bathrooms. I provided Sarah with all of the dimensions so she could provide me with a quote. She responded that John would follow up with me. Today is January 24th and he has not reached out to me. I would not use a company that fails to follow up with a simple request. I would be afraid they would not follow through on a major request.

        Seem like nice guys but -0- accountability. After breaking 2 out of 5 expensive slabs, provided 'remnants' ie., scraps and ordinary quartz as replacements for another $2,000. No shows on successive appointments. Not a great experience.

        Milestone installed porcelain countertops installed, which was not an easy task for this team. They installed it to perfection and completely satisfied with their work, attention to detail, and the utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend to anyone doing home renovations or new build!

        John, James and the fabricators/installers did an amazing job with all our countertops. Out of 1 porcelain slab that was 129x61 they were able to make the countertop and waterfall front for our new master bathroom, the countertop for our new wine/liquor bar, a small countertop for our guest bedroom build-in niche, and a small countertop for our pet station. They were here from 1-9pm getting it all done. They did a fabulous job! I highly recommend this team!

      We appreciate your feedback and apologize for your bad experience. We tried our best to put you ahead of schedule by coming on Wednesday instead of Friday as promised. Due to weather conditions, we then came back the following Monday to complete your job which still remained within the timeframe we proposed of completion. In regards to your material, (which we picked up from another fabricator and stored for you safely for over 2 years at no charge) had previously stored the marble outdoors, which made the natural stone even more nimble from the time we received it. The damaged marble already came scratched and etched with numerous cracks along the veins. Even after careful precautions, both slabs were broken during transportation. As you see from our past reviews, quality craftsmanship and service is what we strive to provide. It disappoints us that we were not able to meet you expectations and hope you will give us another opportunity to do better in the future.
