I called and asked for a half red half yellow bouquet for a birthday. Some things I dont think was done well was the distribution of colors, only when I called to ask why it was 90% yellow did they tell me they could only fit 2 roses within the budget for this bouquet, which I wish they had told me before delivering because they look awkward in there, the design overall isnt great. I thought they could fit more roses for $75, but the owner credited me a portion when I called to ask about the coloring, which was very nice but Im still not sure this arrangement looks like it came from a local florist. Something they did well was prompt delivery. Unsure about returning in the future but if I do, I would only let the owner handle my arrangement because I did see some of their really nice arrangements which I assume she made.

I ordered a condolence bouquet for a friend to be delivered to their last known address. They had moved. Elaine went above and beyond to find the people AND deliver the bouquet. I couldn't be happier with the amazing customer service!!!! Friend called today and said the bouquet is gorgeous!

There was a snafu that resulted in me not being able to get what I had picked out because they closed up shop that day before their advertised close of business. I was very angry, but the owner reached out to me directly and made it right. The arrangement was beautiful and my wife loved it. I will be giving them another try the next time I need to pick up flowers after work.
