        Disappointing and unacceptable. 43rd and Ella location has the most disgusting and unprofessional employee. Manager stated that the old clear soggy fruit on the NEWLY MADE arrangement was perfectly fine to consume. The melon and cantaloupe were actually slumped over on the arrangement. She also stated that she was upset I open and inspected the arrangement first, because now she could not resell it to anyone else. A $100 birthday arrangement should not be disappointing, but it was. Never again.

        WAS SENT A EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS NEVER RECEIVED IT WAS CALLED AT 9PM TO ADK IF IT STILL SHOULD BE DELIVERED STATED YES STILL NO DELIVERY!!! CALLED THE STORE THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR SATISFACTION!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

        Ordered a bouquet for my husband on the 3rd to be delivered on Valentines Day. Never showed up so I thought he would get in the next day but before noon. It is now 2:15 and it still hasnt shown. I have tried calling several times but no one will answer. Very disappointed!
