This guy is absolute garbage. He acts like he knows what he's doing and scared to death to actually walk into a court room with REAL elected judges. Will piss in his pants if he has to do anything beyond filing pieces of papers, can't even do that right and doesn't understand basic rules if civil procedure unless its in a rinky dink JP court. All the REAL judges that are elected can't stand him. Just ask around, he has a solid reputation for being a total idiot.

If you actually want representation do not use them, they have a nice new location in Katy but don't let that fool you. I threw money down the toilet. I did not get briefed before the hearing nor did they do any research or investigative work, plan a strategy or anything. My attorney's hands were actually shaking while we were in the administrative hearing because she was unprepared and was "winging it" at a cost to me of $3500. The only communication I got is when it was time to submit my payments as I was on a payment plan and payments were completed just in time before the hearing, lol. We lost the case, I may as well have went in by myself. When the state sent my attorney the findings my attorney took over 2 weeks to forward it to me which could have resulted in me missing my appeal deadline. I requested an appeal from my attorney and it fell on deaf ears, So I sent in my own appeal hoping to buy time so I can find a new attorney, and it was denied because I am not an attorney, didn't not know the lingo, legalese jargon or verbage. Prior to my request for an appeal we set up a phone conference and they missed the appointment , so I had to call them, and received no apology. I am so glad this was not a criminal case that could have resulted in incarceration or custody of a child because I would have been screwed. When people say they are in jail because they did not have quality representation, this is what they are talking about.

Do not trust this team. They are liars.They are only interested in the money they can make out of you. They do not care if you are really hurt and need treatment!!!!!
