Smart Home Tv Mounts

For me personally, it was great experience all the way through. I spoke with Chuck on a Friday was able to get a 24 hr turn around and get my TVs up the next day. Justin was very cool and courteous and did a great job on both of my TVs. Will definitely be hitting them up for a third install. Service: TV mounting

UNPROFESSIONAL. LIAR. and POOR QUALITY OF WORK!!! Please save your time and money! I booked this family for a move, I went with them because they seemed genuine (wrong) and advertised a "free TV mount" with the move. Chuck "the owner" is extremely unprofessional, he flaked on me three times before he finally showed up. Oh, did I mention I had scheduled appointments and he never even bothered to call or text that he couldn't make it to any of them? He finally showed up (a week after he was supposed to) only after I complained. He very poorly mounted my tv so of course it was crooked. I told him, but instead of him fixing it he put a piece of cardboard behind it and said "nobody will be messing with it anyway." Then after he left I noticed the tv was still crooked and not centered. I text to let him know and he said "I centered it to your sofa". What sense does that make? I asked him to fix it because I wanted it centered on the wall, he said he would fix it, well to no surprise that was the last I heard from him. He just stopped replying to my text, no response at all. Turns out the mount is not free because now I have to pay someone do a job the right way that he clearly couldn't and wouldn't do. Please don't waste your money. If I would have known I was dealing with this type of person I would have went with true professionals in the beginning. Lesson learned!

Feb 29, 2020 I booked an appointment online for 3pm on March 7th. Which was a week in advance, and I even received a confirmation email. Ok great, everything seems good. March 7th rolls around and it's 2:30pm, and I realize that I hadn't verbally heard or received confirmation for my appointment that day which seemed very strange, so I call to get confirmation myself. Chuck answers the phone and tells me he had no idea I booked with him and that he was extremely booked that day, but that he could still come and install my tv. We reschedule for 6pm that same evening, and of course its now 6:15 so I wait an additional 15 minutes before I call to see what's going on. I call at least 3 times and send a text message to see if he was on the way and I get no response. The next day I reach out to my cousin who referred me. She contacts him and he tells her that he was busy that day (Sunday, March 8th), but that he would call me to reschedule for that Monday at 3pm. Long story short HE WAS ONCE AGAIN A NO SHOW and I never heard back from him!!! Very disappointing especially after waiting around all weekend to end up with an unmounted tv. Do not believe the hype. This man is very unprofessional, and honestly proper communication would have been suffice. An unfortunate L in the black community. Do better!!! I'd rate lower if I had the ability.
