MIF Contracting LLC

Good customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and unfortunately, MIF Contracting failed miserably. I received an email from Zandra M. on September 28th asking if I would like an estimate for everything on the inspection report I submitted to them on September 20th? I replied the same day "yes everything on the report". Total radio silence until I reached out again on October 9th and was told someone would call me back, which they never did...I don't chase any company to supply them with business and my hard earned money! I guess I dodged a bullet with this company, because if you don't have the integrity and business ethics to return a potential customers call for an estimate, then you can't be trusted to complete the renovations I need.

I've just completed a kitchen remodel-beautiful tile & granite work. 2 years ago they remodeled a bathroom that, literally still had the tiles from the 1950's.They worked very hard to please me (I might be a bit picky about details

As I typically do, when I need home repairs I get multiple bids from businesses who come recommended by friends. One business never returned my call. Another came to see the project and promised a quote within a few days. Nothing. I called again. It seemed my project was too small. I called Israel Fonseca and he came the next day. I had a bid within 24 hours. They were completing a job but I was to be next and I had a deadline. Once they started, I saw them daily until the project was finished. -Five cedar pillars on the front porch stripped, stained and sealed! -Three sets of French doors (faded and peeling from years exposed to weather), beautifully refinished. -Minor repairs on LR ceiling and walls from a previous leak. -Replaced busted hardiplank. All finished within a week! I was so pleased with their communication, punctuality and workmanship. The next time time i need work done on my home, I will not need three bids. Ill call Israel Fonseca with MIF Contracting.

After getting quotes for maintenance , repair, painting work for our home from several local contractors, I contacted MIF Contractors and could not be more pleased with Israel, Giovani and the crews and the work they did for us. We asked MIF to repaint the exterior of our 8 yr. old home, do some major patio repairs, wood fence replacement, interior painting and rough and finish carpentry and they were terrific! Easy to communicate with, on time, on budget, clean, responsive, and they did fantastic work for us with great finished results. I will be calling MIF for my future projects and would highly recommend them for anyone needing maintenance, remodeling and repair work to their home.
