        SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!! Sales team uses scam tactics to win sales. They do a process called slamming at places like Kroger and Costco. They will tell you that they need you to sign a contract to just get info. You are signing a contract to change your service to them! They will lie to your face. They will mark it as a move in so you cant cancel it. There is no recourse from the state of Texas. You will pay them the early termination fee if you sign that document. Also, no need to respond to this review Just Energy. I already called you, filed a marketraq and PUC complaint.

        The worst company ever ! We can never access the website to pay our bill, the phone representatives arent the best. Overall the company is terrible. We contact them to make a payment over the phone and asked the guy if the payment went through, they said yes and it never went through. Just a waste of time to find out later it didnt. They need to really fix their website and train their employees better.
