Absolute worst service weve ever had. These people are understaffed. After many attempts to get this resolved I continue to have issues. Use someone else! They never call back when promised (ever). Im canceling all of my accounts after the holidays. Theyve sent an older lady (obviously not able to move the containers for two weeks. Ive paid more out of pocket to have trash hauled off than the service price they offer. Very angry customer. Trash piles up then they claim they cant access the containers, however they wont touch it since now the containers are blocked. Get with it republic services.

Republic Waste has neglected to remove the trash for 10 days. They also are not answering the phone. The line will not even ring. This is the 77064 area. This is just pathetic, no trash removal the week of Christmas or New Years.

We cancelled our services since we found a more affordable alternative, so we certified notification and verbally told their rep and they continued to debit our account for many months after. No one will resolve this issue or refund our money. I spoke with someone and they never return my calls now to discuss they owe money they collected after we cancelled our account. If you choose to use them beware of this integrity issue and don't do direct debit or you will have to hassle with your bank to get it stopped.

I have problem with this company since 3/2023. They do not have an email as what the customer service said and also do not have a corporate phone number. Until now my problem has not solved and i do not know what to do. the problem is having their container on my location and never pick it up.

**Updates (Original) Nothing but missed pick-ups, incorrect re-attempts and this happens once to twice a month. They charge for overage when they fail to pick up on time, unless you "ask for a refund", I was told. Horrible service (Updated after request for direct email) I followed up via telephone and email instructions based on their response for two days. I called every day this week and haven't been picked up since the 6th. I was told one day I was 18th stop. Then one day I was 34th. I laughed because they lied when I was 18th, I knew no way 34th was happening. I have had 2 pickups after two weeks in a row of calling. That's 2 in a little over a month. This is a place of business and embarrassing, not to mention my personal trash is piled up in my garage to look less tacky to customers. (Update after by electronic, digital and "live" person promising next day pick-up) STILL NOTHING and I am losing customers from the embarrassing horrible smell from the lack of service I am receiving , or NOT receiving, and escalating is useless. They have direct access and have NO excuse other than "we are really sorry". EVERY DAY!
