i cancelled my service in February 2024. 2 months later and they still charge me around $100 a month and i have to jump thru hoops to get my money back every month even tho the billing WAS every 3 months. constant ridiculousness.

I pay extra money for the lock to lock the dumpster, unfortunately the lock can't lock tight the homeless people try to open it take the food out of the dumpster and not close it back and they call that as the overflow charge $100 extra each time it overflow, and they had been charged me 2 months. I swear the driver was blind if he can see which is overflow or not. I swear to God that I never dump trash overflow. The driver is a scam for the company, he take picture when he see the cover not closed probably because of the homeless people open it than that call as overflow. Another thing when I sign up the contract 2 years with them it only $100, after one year they raise to $152, but I never fight with them. Until now that they charge me $200 call overflow is ridiculous. Ohhh they came to pick up trash around 2 am in the morning .

Takes forever to get a return call and they are super slow with everything. Still havent answered my simple question after weeks of waiting and following up. Finally got a case worker to look into my account but still no answer, she is trying to figure it out. Just need to know if we can get a bigger construction dumpster and if they take toxic waste. Seriously dont waste your time.
