Ok service to pick up trash, office is another story, they never answer the calls, the voice mail is full so you can't leave a message, oh the bill is always on time

I had them for about 2 year very inconsistent. For whatever reason they don't pick up our trash at least 2 times a month I'm on auto pay so my payments are always made on time they didn't come last Thursday nor yesterday. I have been calling and no one answers and there voice mail is full I wonder why very frustrating

Update 3/9/2024! SAME DAMN THING. Their garbage services inconsistent at best (they have truck issues frequently) and they dont give a damn about where they put your trash cans. Throw the lids around and put your cans no where near were you put them to start! But on the website they claim: We're committed to providing you with the highest level of service, so you'll always choose Waste Depot for your disposal and recycling needs. We genuinely care about your experience, and it shows. B.S NO THEY DONT

I have called numerous times over the past week but it just rings (on both lines) and goes to a full voicemail. There is no crazy weather, no holidays, no road work, etc. but there is no way to get a hold of someone to let them know our trash service on our street has been missed multiple times. The workers are friendly if you ever get a hold of someone, but the customer service aspect could definitely use some help in sad to say. I will remove this review once someone reaches out to me with an explanation.
