        So my husband and I went in and we went up to the counter and asked the guy behind the counter about a card, and he stated very shortly that he did not work here and to ask the other guy and then when we got to the other guy, they then told us that we had to place an online order otherwise they would not help us today. Why are there people who do not work at the store behind the counter? Also, also, why do I need to put an online order for a card thats in your store that you said I could come pick up over the phone? This is the worst five minute experience of a car shop Ive ever experienced. Do not go here.

        Bought some pokemon card packs from this place once and never again. The cards were pretty messed up. Employees don't care about the customers. It seems like they just want you out of there as quickly as possible. They give you no space to shop, only follow you around and stare at you. There are tons of better places to shop for tcg products.

      I am sorry about what happened. I don't know who was behind the counter the first time and what happened there. As far as picking up items in store. We offer in store pickup on all single cards that are sold only on the website. All single cards must be purchased on the website and we have the option for free in store pickup or shipping. Using this system is what allows us to have tens of thousands of cards to choose from. Please let me know if I can help you further in any way.

      Aaron, when were you in. I am the owner and would be happy to help you. All of our packs are from factory sealed cases and never tampered with so i dont know what was wrong with the packs in question. Please feel free to bring the card in and show me what happened.
