Great chair. I bought 15 years ago and it has held up well for the most part. The arm rest has since torn (not covered by lifetime warranty) and I would recommend arm rest covers after a couple of years.

I love my chairs. They are so comfortable. Tim was so helpful and the best part is that they were delivered the next day. In the days of backorders and shortages, this was a wonderful surprise.

The salesman there on Saturday, June 12, answered our many questions about multiple products in the store, and shared interesting information about back health, despite the fact that he knew we were visitors in town and probably were not going to purchase a product from his store. Granted, we were the only people in the store, so it was maybe worth his time to educate us. He really seemed to know his stuff. Items in the store were out of our price range, but this seems a good place for people willing to pay a high price for ultimate back comfort.

Just be sure you talk to Tam. He was so helpful. The gentleman I talKed to last week was impatient, abruptand just plain rude. I'd written that store off years ago because of his attitude but decided to give it one more chance instead of driving to Kirby location. Luckily this time Tam happened to answer the phone. I'd have given 1 star if based on that gentleman (sorry I didn't get his name) but because of Tam I must raise review. Just make sure you deal Tam when you walk in and you will have a great experience.
