My husband and I worked with Carolina at this store. We were shopping for some living room couches and she made us feel comfortable and welcome here at rooms to go . She educated us very well on different types of couches. She was very patient with us until we decided we have chosen the right couches. We were so happy to work with her . She was great .

I bought a 2 piece sofa and a daybed out of a generosity gift to my parents hoping they would like it, turns out they didnt and I have to return them. I called yesterday to the store to ask for a refund on the purchase that I did and explained the situation, I was told that it was absolutely not possible to get a refund on a the two items I purchased and nobody tried to help out or present me with a solution with this matter not even empathize with the situation Im in, this was very very disappointing considering that this is a huge company that obviously can process a refund. This will be the last time I will ever purchase anything from rooms to go due to their inconsiderate customer service/support and lack to provide customer satisfaction/care. There a multitude other furniture stores who will simple provider a better service.
