Unprofessional! How do you all care for your employees as a company? You all are too cheap to provide for your employees to get the job done. There is barely enough uniform distributed. When having to work in enclamite weather, there is NO rain coats, NO jackets, NO rain boots. It's almost as if they just throw you out there in flooded closed roads to FIGURE IT OUT on your own. Well no wonder you have tons of employees quitting, could you blame them? When you are interviewing people, use your common sense and hire the people of interest and not just anyone who's looking for a job.
