Call this company to service a piece of equipment . Several days went by and never heard nothing we figured out the problem with the unit call the company several times never got a answer on the phone never got a response from the company technician showed up told him we had already fixed the problem had tried to call his company several times he never looked at my unit never touched my unit I received a bill in the mail for a very large amount for just driving out. The invoice I received was not correct said the technician looked at my unit and found no issues with the unit they sent me a almost $500 invoice and did nothing for it but drive to my location however if they would have answered the telephone or return phone calls then they would have known we had the unit fixed two days earlier I will not recommend this company or call this company for service ever again.

Had to call this morning because one of your drivers decided to go from the left lane to the exit on San Houston Tollway. No blinker and almost hit my semi truck 78,000lbs loaded air horn and city horn blaring and slamming on breaks the driver never stopped moving or tried to avoid me doing the speed limit in the right lane. I left a report with the office lady and she was nice but want to make it publicly known that their drivers need to be watched out for on the highways. Apparently its still a problem as others have posted about their aggressive driving before.

Horrible Service. We had a maint contract with them to service our two forklifts. Out big red Taylor forklift has some transmission issues. They came and picked it up.. kept this thing for 6 weeks!! We had to rent a forklift, from them of course. The cost for them to remove the motor and replace the fiber gear was around 12k.. we finally got it back and 1 month later it wont start, call them to come out, they sprayed it with starting fluid and got it started but the next day, we figured out it was the fuel pump. They wanted 800 bucks to change. We purchased a new fuel pump for 75 dollars and did it ourselves. 6 months later we are changing the fiber ring again due to a bad bushing that was not replaced by them. We pulled motor, replaced new gear with new bushing in two days.. Not one quote was correct, they always invoiced us more that what was quoted. Never again.
