Appointment time was 10 am. Didn't get a call for a door until 11:30 and wasn't given my paperwork so I could leave until 14:30. To top it off they send out a survey after unloading and asked if I would recommend bringing a load here. The only plus side was room to maneuver and back into a dock. When a receiver costs me my next load I have no use for them moving forward. Negative marks on everything but the room to maneuver.

The lumper fee ended up being a little over $400.00 for delivering just part of a trailer load here at the final stop. The lumper receipt for the final stop here says: Initial pallet count: 12. Final pallet count: 19. Case count: 321. Base charge: $132.00. Convenience fee: $10.00. Doublestacked fee: $75.00. Pinwheeled fee: $50.00. Restack fee: $135.00. Total: $402.00. Good thing I'm a company driver. This place does let drivers unload their own trailers too, but my carrier doesn't allow company drivers to unload. At this business, when you get a text from Capstone telling you to come get your bills because they're ready, it doesn't mean they're actually ready. If you walk to the office when you get that text, you'll be told that they'll call you on the phone when your bills are ready.
