Picked Flower Co

I was subscribed to receive monthly shipments of flowers for about six months. Half the time, the flowers never arrived. I have left several voicemails, sent them emails, and reached out over Instagram. They have not responded once (over the course of several months). Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a Valentine's Day Boutique for my girlfriend on Valentine's Day and got a different boutique delivered. The flowers were beautiful, but it was not what was advertised and looked like something I would order for my mom. Girlfriend still loved the flowers, but agreed the flower boutique was not what I paid for. Called twice, no answer, so I left a voicemail and sent two emails expressing my concern, but never got a reply or call back. Will not be ordering from them again.

Nothing adds a touch of more love and elegance to your home like a beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers from a small business. Especially from Chloe. I have used pickedflower so so many times. Birthdays, events, parties and more. I use to get a bi weekly subscription for my home and now I have a business called unleashed retreat so upgraded to a weekly subscription! The flowers stay beautiful for three almost four weeks. I can keep the new and one week old bouquet in my business and the three week old one in my home and keep that rotation going.

Emails/calls not returned. You can post on Instagram regularly but don't care about customer service it seems. I will take my business somewhere else.

Chloe was amazing to work with! I had a serious flower emergency and needed something hand delivered overnight. She communicated with me through out the entire process about the floral arrangement and made sure the delivery was made the next day on time. Definitely recommend!
