Sam was a pleasure to work with. He showed us there great deals. He was patient while my wife and I were making up our minds. He was very accommodating to my move-in date for my new home. He came himself for the quote at the house, and was punctual. Sam was accurate even on his estimate on how long it would take to get done. The installation guys did a great job and were also on time. What more can you ask for? Overall a great experience. My wife and I live our new carpet and would recommend anyone to go see Sam at Carpet Villa. Almost 2 year follow up edit: Still 5 stars! We started to get some wrinkles in one of our rooms. I reached out to Sam to get a quote on a carpet stretch for the room with wrinkles. He got someone out to stretch my carpet the next day free of charge! I've recommended Carpet Villa to my parents, and will be using them again in a few years when we do some renovations.
