This place is a SCAM do NOT do any deals here and stay as far as possible. NORBERTO and the CRUZ family are a bunch of crooks. I ordered a floor from the samples that are inside worth 1400 dollars that was promised to be waterproof and scratch resistant. After weeks of chasing them down for a floor that was supposed to be delivered 3 days after purchasing I ended up taking my loses and settling for a USED floor only worth $500 due to my family being left without a roof because of the renovation. I'm beyond upset that this so called "business" is still open. The floor has caused me thousands of additional dollars since in repairs to my home because of the cheap quality. Please report this business to the IRS, BBB, and HPD because Norberto is ripping people off left and right and is getting away with theft. His son is much of a crook as he is. Pretending like he doesn't know what his dad is up to and they stay hiding in the back. Noberto has a lengthy criminal history and is consistently posting on facebook all the luxuries he purchases for himself and his plastic girlfriend using the money he scammed from dozens of people.

They will give you the wrong amount of flooring on purpose and try to make you purchase more because you will want your entire floor to match Not honest or trustworthy people. Do not do business with them I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Cost me extra money cause I already paid the contractors to install on a certain date. Words of advice everything cheap come out expensive ended up having to order more flooring scamming people will bring some unfortunate events their way I hope.
