A tale of caution.make sure you get all of the information up front. If you need leveling make sure you go to Lowes. You can buy it for $17.00 a bag and not have them charge you $45 a bag. They said we would need a couple turned out way more. Then they say we help you out and charge you $35 a bag and say you wont find it cheaper and we use only the best. Its a shame because the guys did a great job. We will definitely not be using them for our upstairs.

Floors installed incorrectly. Water damage was obviously supposed to be addressed prior to the install of new flooring. It is completely under warranty, but they are trying to pass the buck and are not interested in having a conversation about it. It has been nearly 2 weeks since I first contacted them and they are actively dodging me by telling me they'll get back to me before the end of the day, then nothing. I'll be interested to see how they respond to litigation. In any case, DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They have awful ratings on other platforms and I suggest you read them prior to engaging in business with them.
