I would never recommend this company. The salesman over-promised what could be done in a specific amount of time. Had to change our moving date multiple times because the flooring wasn't finished. Floors are slightly uneven in parts. I have almost tripped a few times. They damaged my baseboards while taking the old trim off and refused to fix them. They finally said they would paint them but they only did specific parts and it looks awful! When the subcontractor came to paint them he said to me "why don't you just do it" Ummm.... because I didn't damage them. Who says that to a customer?! The trim was done very poorly and had to be redone. It still doesn't look good. They weren't even going to caulk the quarter round until I asked for it. Overall, just an awful experience. We were in touch with multiple supervisors during the course of the work and no one actually cared that the work was being done so poorly. I am not one to complain but when spending $20K on floors, I expect it to be done correctly.
