We had the most extraordinary experience working with the floor coverings international team following an unexpected leak. The entire team was helpful, responsive and great to work with. They were accommodating to our schedule as we were living in a rental. Responses to our emails were prompt. We could not have gotten an appropriate reimbursement from insurance without their support.

I visited Floor Coverings International (FCI)to find a sample of a Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) that my out-of-state architect had recommended. Kim was very familiar with the product but when she learned that it was to be installed as a floor over radiant heat she educated me about more suitable LVP products and even located samples for me. FCI personnel were incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive and as a result I was able to effectively source an LVP appropriate to the project as well as beautiful in appearance. I highly recommend them.

We wanted a runner style carpet to be fitted on a spiral shaped stairwell , and another for a back stairwell . Mike attended promptly with samples and measuring tape which he used to good effect , ensuring the size of carpet needed was accurate . The order was submitted and Raul and Ileana attended our home to double check all measurements before fitting anything . A couple of weeks later Raul attended and spent the day fitting a complicated but well planned runner on both stairwells . The result is excellent and we couldnt be more delighted . I have no hesitation in recommending Floor covering international. Reliable in every way .

We were interested in putting a runner on our stairs, but didnt know how to find a carpet that would look good with our paint and decor. I found Floor Coverings International on Google. I sent Mike photos of our stairwell and surrounding area. He brought several samples to our house and one was perfect. Raul was the technician who installed the runner. He was very courteous and finished the job quickly. We are so pleased with our whole experience with FCI and highly recommend them!
